RafflesRLHC Raffles - RUN BY A3 WOMEN

Raffles are to start between 5-5.30pm
*Clubs representatives must wear Club shirts
*THA will supply meat trays to the value of $30 to ensure quality & consistency
*Club Glenvale will provide a $50 float
*All monies are to be handed to the pokie cashier at the conclusion of the raffles
*Profit from raffles will be paid to the Club representative on the night or held in the safe until an executive can collect within 7 days
*Clubs will be emailed raffle takings sheet
*Clubs that fail to turn up on their rostered night will be invoiced the cost of the trays
*No member is permitted to consume alcohol while selling tickets
*Clubs must keep records of ticket serial numbers, winners and prize value and any other legal requirements. THA are not responsible for conducting or maintaining records regarding raffles.
Toowoomba Hockey Centre Club Glenvale
The Toowoomba Hockey Association serves as the governing body and overarching organisation under which the various hockey clubs in Toowoomba operate and participate. It provides a unified structure for the coordination, promotion, and development of hockey in the region, ensuring that local clubs adhere to established standards and guidelines. Through this framework, the Association fosters a cohesive sporting environment, supporting both competitive play and recreational engagement for players of all ages and skill levels.
